In order to do this we require a varied range of documents please note these are dependant on your type of building proposal (1a, 10a, 10b).

For 1a building approvals you will need:

  • Plans:
    • Site plan
    • Elevations
    • Structural diagrams
  • Engineering:
    •  Stumps & Slab
    • Structural
  • Plumbing
  • Energy efficiency
  • Soil test

For 10a building approvals you will need:

  • Plans:
    • Site plan
    • Elevations
    • Structural diagrams
  • Engineering:
    • Form 15

For 10b building approvals (swimming pools) you will need:

  • Plans:
    • Site plan
    • Pool plans and/or other structure plans
  • Engineering:
    • Form 15 for the shell
